Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Senior Design Lead to lead and grow product design across hardware, mobile, web, print, and process. This role reports to the VP of Platform and focuses on strategic growth and design system ownership.

You will coach senior designers, define a design vision, and partner with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliant, scalable design standards in an async remote environment. This position supports teams across US and international hubs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design with 4+ years in management.
• Experience with hardware/software portfolio.
• Regulated industry experience and strong communication; async remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Beacon's Product Design across hardware, mobile, web, print, and process.
• Report to VP of Platform and plan growth.
• Coach three senior designers; set design vision and priorities.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory; own design standards and systems.
