Job summary

Claravine is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the combined Product Management and Design organization as the company scales. You will own product strategy, develop a prioritized roadmap for category creation, and ensure revenue growth through new products and SKUs.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management in B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows with leadership of other managers.
Proven revenue attribution for products or SKUs owned and launched.
Experience pricing and packaging in collaboration with GTM teams.
Strong written and verbal communication to align multiple groups.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap for category creation.
Surface tradeoffs and risks early; execute decisively once a decision is made.
Drive product adoption and time-to-value, while ensuring UX quality improvements.
Lead cross-functional decision forums and establish roadmaps with customer input.
