Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap, aligning priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines with company objectives.
  • Lead product initiatives from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Develop scalable customer onboarding, adoption, and go-to-market processes.
  • Maintain close relationships with customers and end users through user research, testing, and continuous feedback.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to establish an efficient model for rapid product development and continuous delivery.
  • Manage complex cross-functional dependencies and ensure teams have clear requirements, priorities, and objectives.
  • Oversee the evolution of existing products while identifying and developing new product opportunities.
  • Define product and team KPIs, requirements, charters, and success metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows through automation, technology, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Product and Design organization, developing both people and processes.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate company strategy into clear product priorities and measurable results.

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing technology company entering a major stage of product expansion. We’re looking for a Vice President of Product to take end-to-end ownership of product strategy, execution, customer adoption, and team development.

This is a highly hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with Engineering, Design, customers, and executive leadership to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do
