Job summary
Reliance Health is seeking an experienced Design Leader to drive a high-quality, user-centered design practice, own the design system, and align design with business goals across products and services. You will mentor a diverse design team, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders, and advocate rigorous research, usability testing, and scalable design processes.
The role requires a minimum 6 years in UX/Design and 2+ years leading a team, with strong skills in
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UX/Design leadership roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a design team.
- Proven experience in senior UX, product design, and design leadership in a digital product environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and UX methodologies; experience with Maze for usability testing.
- Experience leading end-to-end design processes with design systems; strong engineering handoff documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the organization's design system across products and platforms.
- Establish and enforce design standards, best practices, and processes across teams.
- Lead research, service design mapping, persona development, and user flows; prototype, test, and validate.
