Reliance Resourcing LTD partners with a global technology company to hire a Staff/Principal Product Designer – Design Systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role shaping the design language, system, and experiences across 40+ products, supported by ~18 engineers.

The role demands strategic thinking, exceptional design craftsmanship, and active involvement in prototyping with AI-powered tools to deliver scalable product experiences across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design systems across multiple products or complex digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of reusable UX patterns, interaction frameworks and scalable design architecture.
• Experience with advanced B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise products, developer tools or multi-product ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience using AI-assisted coding and prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a unified design system across a large, multi‑product technology platform.
• Design scalable UX patterns, reusable workflows and interaction frameworks beyond traditional libraries.
• Define and elevate visual design, interaction quality and user experience across multiple product teams.
• Help shape and expand the mobile design system for web and mobile platforms.
• Leverage AI-assisted coding and prototyping tools to build, test and refine product experiences.
