Job summary

Amplify is seeking a strategic operator to design the connective tissue of a large Product organization. You will own the operational rhythm for the Product leadership team, engineering effective information flow and cross-functional alignment across channels, including product town halls and QBRs.

You will draft executive narratives, cascade information, and translate complex updates into high-level summaries for leadership while guiding surge projects and nurturing team development.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment with managerial responsibilities.
• Proven ability to design operating rhythms and executive-facing communications.
• Exceptional deck and narrative skills for senior leadership.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• People management experience and experience coaching early-career talent.
• K–12 or education context is a meaningful advantage; undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and own communications architecture across the Product organization (~400 people).
• Shape leadership cadence and create agendas that drive strategic debate and real decisions.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives and surge projects that lack a natural home.
• Monitor culture, engagement, and channel insights into actionable leadership recommendations.
