Job summary

Amplified Planning is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to partner directly with the CEO and lead day-to-day operations across Amplified Planning and Guiding Wealth Management. The role focuses on building scalable systems, processes, and an operational foundation to support growth across multiple business verticals.

This hands-on leader will drive execution, create accountability, and develop leaders in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a growing organization.
• Significant experience in online education, SaaS, or digital learning.
• Ability to build scalable operational systems, including SOPs and processes.
• Strong financial and operational judgment to balance strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for Amplified Planning and Guiding Wealth.
• Build scalable operational systems to support growth and new verticals.
• Improve efficiency with repeatable processes, documentation, and standards.
• Translate strategy into actionable operational plans with clear accountability.
• Coach leaders, manage department leaders, and drive performance metrics.
• Partner with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and external partnerships.
