You will lead discovery with non-technical stakeholders, translate needs into actionable specs, and steer end-to-end product lifecycle with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience, ideally with exposure to Financial Services, Private Equity, M&A, or complex enterprise workflow tools.
• Translator Mindset: bridge non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams; refine ideas into structured requirements.
• Hands-On AI/LLM Experience: shipping AI-integrated products with trust, source attribution, and minimizing hallucinations.
• User-Centric Discovery Skills: interview high-value users, extract pain points, validate prototypes before coding.
• Strong Technical Execution: navigate database architecture, API integrations, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Guide Non-Technical Agent Owners: articulate pain points and scope AI agent functionality.
• Translate Requirements to Specs: convert business needs into clear user stories and technical specs.
• Own the Product Lifecycle: maintain backlog and lead sprint planning with internal and external teams.
• Design for High-Stakes Users: build B2B software for Private Equity decision-makers with privacy and human-in-the-loop UI.
• Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with leadership, UI/UX, and dev vendors for rapid releases.
