Job summary

PEAK6 AI Strategies seeks a founding Head of Product to own the agentic platform across underwriting, claims, and back-office workflows. You’ll ship live products, define the roadmap, and drive margin-focused results from day one.

You’ll work closely with claims processors and ops managers, prototype solutions, read code, and assess acquisitions to extend the platform. Based in Austin with a remote option and regular travel to our offices.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI systems into real enterprises as PM or FDE.
• Prototype ideas, read code, and judge what models can do in production.
• Thrives in high-stakes, unglamorous domains with ownership.
• Own the product, roadmap, and margin-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product and define the agentic platform across underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
• Set the roadmap and ship it into live operations.
• Spend time with claims processors and ops managers mapping workflows to cut costs.
• Move the P&L; ensure launches show unit economics within a quarter.
• Evaluate acquisitions and shape platform needs for faster integration.
