Qualifications

• 8+ years of product experience with leadership experience.
• Experience bringing a 0 to 1 product to market.
• Passion for and experience using AI and data in products.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define our long-term product vision and strategy.
• Develop the product roadmap with milestones and execution plans.
• Build, mentor, and lead the product management and design team.
• Collaborate with engineering on roadmap development and delivery.
• Conduct deep market and user research with health system admins and physicians.
• Contribute to sales conversations to advance deals.
• Work with customer success to maximize solution adoption.
• Inform marketing messaging and product positioning.
• Foster culture and cross-functional collaboration across the company.
• Possibly oversee data setup and processing efforts.
