Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Head of Product in Atlanta to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-native platform addressing a large, historically underserved market. You’ll partner with executive leadership to determine where the platform goes next and shape products spanning AI-driven workflow automation and revenue optimization.

This is a true zero-to-one leadership role for a product builder with direct accountability for customer outcomes and commercial performance,

Qualifications

Proven ownership of a revenue-generating software product with ARR, bookings, revenue growth, or retention metrics.
Zero-to-one product leadership in startup or high-growth environments with customer discovery and rapid iteration.
Deep understanding of workflows supporting sales-driven professionals, including lead conversion and compensation mechanics.
Experience building CRM, sales enablement, or revenue intelligence platforms.
Exposure to AI-powered product development, especially workflow automation or analytics.
Executive-level product leadership translating customer insights into strategy and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Hands-On Engineering: 65% of time spent collaborating with engineering teams to define, iterate, and deliver product capabilities.
Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 35% of time working with sales, marketing, customer success, and executives to align on strategy and outcomes.
