Job summary

Obin AI is seeking a Head of Product to own the product strategy and execution across its platform. This hands-on leadership role collaborates with engineering and our SME network to translate institutional-finance expertise into product logic and scalable workflows.

You'll lead a product organization, drive customer discovery with PE, insurance, and private-credit clients, and ensure adoption in production and regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with hands-on leadership experience.
• Direct experience shipping enterprise/institutional products.
• Deep domain fluency in private equity/asset-management, insurance, or private credit/fund administration.
• Genuine technical fluency with AI/ML-driven products.
• Ability to build and communicate strategy that guides the company.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Obin's platform and align with growth goals.
• Engage with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering on trade-offs for AI-native products and automation boundaries.
• Encode SME expertise into configuration, workflows, and baseline solutions.
• Build and lead the product function, including hiring and defining operating model.
• Represent product to customers, investors, and leadership, shaping business outcomes.
