CIBC US seeks a Head of AI Underwriting Products to own vision, roadmap, and outcomes for AI-enabled lending capabilities in a transforming lending platform. You will align business, tech, risk, and operations to deliver improved client outcomes and scalable growth.

The role requires strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and leadership across cross-functional teams, with emphasis on risk-aware, compliant delivery in a complex environment.

Formación

• University degree in business, finance, commerce, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree considered an asset.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in lending, product management, transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, underwriting process and priorities, and enabling technologies.
• Experience in product ownership, roadmap development, and strategic transformation delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for AI-enabled lending products to speed decisions and enhance risk management.
• Act as senior product owner for designated lending capabilities, aligning priorities with strategy, client needs, and risk.
• Lead development of product frameworks, strategy, governance, and organizational structure.
• Drive transformation of the lending platform, modernizing processes, workflows, and tools.
