Job summary
BetterCloud is seeking a hands-on product leader to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for ACV MAX, our inventory intelligence platform. You will manage a team of product managers and guide the product strategy across the business line, driving AI-powered features and strategic partnerships to help dealers grow their business.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of product management experience including leadership roles.
- 5+ years in Automotive dealer B2B software industry experience.
- Strong technical fluency and experience as PM/engineer or similar tech role.
- AI fluency with agentic tooling and hands-on examples in current role.
- Excellent executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Shape product vision, strategy, objectives & roadmap for ACV MAX.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers with high standards.
- Engage dealer customers to deeply understand needs and pain points.
- Own end-to-end execution: plan releases with engineering, design, and analytics.
- Drive AI-first product development and AI capability enhancements.
- Lead competitive analysis and define build/buy/partner decisions.
- Lead demos, RFP responses, and executive conversations with dealer leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams on positioning and go-to-market.
