Job summary

ACV is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end vehicle inspection platform strategy and roadmap. This staff-level IC role will align products and teams behind clear goals and drive growth with AI-native capabilities.

You will partner with finance and executives to forecast impact, guide build/buy/partner decisions, and mentor other PMs while advancing a data-driven go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning strategy and delivery for multi-team product areas.
• Fluency with AI-native product workflows and rapid prototyping.
• Strong business and financial acumen with executive-level modeling.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term strategy and roadmap for the inspection platform.
• Partner with finance and executives to build business cases and targets.
• Drive discovery for new capabilities and decide build/buy/partner.
• Set standard for product craft including AI-native workflows.
• Own AI adoption strategy and reusable AI tools across teams.
• Identify risks and close data gaps with data-platform teams.
• Lead go-to-market planning for major launches across teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing and Ops.
• Mentor PMs and grow product talent.
