Job summary

The Tech Recruiters is seeking an experienced Head of Product in New York City. This leadership role focuses on maintaining execution velocity across fintech/onchain securities tech, reporting to the CTO and senior leadership.

Fintech / Onchain Securities / Financial Market Infrastructure

Location: New York City

Working model: Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office

Compensation: Up to $200,000 base + potential incentives

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to maintain execution velocity across a growing technology business operating in the fintech and onchain securities space.

Working closely with the CTO and senior leadership team, you'll ensure technical projects stay on track, teams remain aligned and priorities are delivered efficiently.

This is a leadership role rather than a hands-on software development position. You'll bring structure, accountability and clear processes to the organization, ensuring everyone knows what needs to happen and when.

What you'll do

• Coordinate technical projects and maintain momentum across engineering and product teams.
• Lead daily 9:00 AM stand‑up meetings and manage biweekly sprint demonstrations.
• Keep project tracking, priorities and delivery timelines organised in Linear.
• Ensure clear documentation, ownership and accountability across technical projects.
• Identify blockers, coordinate solutions and keep delivery moving.
• Work closely with the CTO and senior leadership to maintain alignment and execution discipline.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in technical project management or a closely related operational role.
• Experience working with technical teams and managing software development workflows.
• The confidence and authority to lead engineering discussions, maintain accountability and keep teams focused.
• Excellent organisational, communication and documentation skills.
• A highly accountable, proactive approach and the ability to operate independently.
• Experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech or financial market infrastructure is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Working Model
