Job summary

Uare.ai is hiring a Head of Product to own how Individuals, Professionals, and Subscribers experience the platform end to end. You will set product direction across web, mobile, and desktop, turning a fast-moving research surface into something people come back to every day.

This is a builder's seat, working directly with the CEO and AI Engineering, owning the calls that decide what we ship and what we cut. We value strong product vision and ethics in early-stage growth.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in senior product roles, with a track record of shipping products that reach a broad audience.
  • Real depth in applied AI. You understand what current models can and cannot do, and you can tell a research demo from a shippable feature.
  • Enough technical fluency to hold your own with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs, without needing to write the code.
  • A strong point of view about product, and the willingness to change it when the evidence says so.
  • Comfort in an early-stage environment where the roadmap moves and the scope is yours to define.
  • Care about the ethics of this work. People are handing us their voice and their life story, and the product has to earn that.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Uare.ai platform across web, mobile, and desktop.
  • Take the Human Life Model from research concept to an experience people actually finish.
  • Turn what Individuals and Professionals tell us into requirements, narratives, and specs for engineering.
  • Partner with AI Engineering across Voice Capture, the Thoughts Feed, Skills, Memberships, and Credits.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle, from the first sketch to the shipped surface, and hold the quality bar on both.
  • Define the measures that matter and use them to decide, rather than to report.
  • Build and lead the product function as the team grows.

Job description

Uare.ai is the platform for Human-First AI. Each person owns a model trained on their own data, voice, and life, instead of being trained on everyone. We call that an Individual AI.

We were founded by Rob LoCascio, who previously founded LivePerson and scaled it to roughly 3,000 people. We are backed by $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures, and we launched publicly in July 2026.

Our promise is three words. Authentic, not Artificial.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Product to own how Individuals, Professionals, and Subscribers experience the platform end to end. You will set product direction across web, mobile, and desktop, and turn a fast-moving research surface into something people come back to every day.

This is a builder's seat rather than a steward's. You will work directly with the CEO and with AI Engineering, and you will own the calls that decide what we ship and what we cut.

What You'll Do
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Uare.ai platform across web, mobile, and desktop.
  • Take the Human Life Model, the seven dimensions that make an Individual AI recognizably someone, from research concept to an experience people actually finish.
  • Turn what Individuals and Professionals tell us into requirements, narratives, and specs engineering can build against.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in senior product roles, with a track record of shipping products that reach a broad audience.
Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $250,000 per year, plus equity. Where an offer lands within that range depends on experience and on the scope of the role as it is finally shaped.

How We Hire

Across every role we index heavily on a growth mindset. We want people who optimize for outcomes over output, use best practices and experimentation by default, and are always looking to move the metric that matters, not just complete the task.

Location

In-person, 5 days a week, across our San Francisco and Los Altos offices.

The expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

$175,000 - $250,000 USD

Form CC-305 Page 1 of 1 OMB Control Number 1250-0005 Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
