Accendra Health in the United States is seeking a Director, Procurement Excellence & Transformation to advance governance, capabilities, and maturity across the procurement function. This leader partners with the CPO and senior executives to drive procurement transformation, digital enablement, analytics, and supplier risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MS) preferred in related disciplines.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in procurement functions or transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional procurement transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year Procurement Excellence and Transformation roadmap.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives including technology modernization and process redesign.
• Establish governance, tools, templates, and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with executives to secure alignment, investment, and sponsorship for transformational initiatives.
• Monitor procurement maturity and drive value realization across the organization.
