You will set goals, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of complex projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and clients, drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, manage budgets, and help grow the business with innovative engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering required; PE licensure mandatory.
• 15+ years in EPCm or chemical processing industries.
• Experience with 3D modeling and Caesar II.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental resources including manpower, tools, scope, and budget.
• Ensure outputs comply with policies, client requirements, and codes.
