Job summary

Invesco is seeking a senior technology leader to drive the Private Markets technology agenda in New York. You will oversee end-to-end strategy and execution for private credit and global real estate platforms, guiding managers and engineers in a global, regulated environment.

You will own core platforms like Allvue Everest, drive data modernization with Snowflake, and enable AI-enabled analytics while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance across investments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading technology organizations in financial services with private markets exposure.
• Deep expertise with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest.
• Strong knowledge of global real estate tech platforms (Yardi, MRI, RealPage).
• Proven cloud-based data platform design using Snowflake.
• Experience governing enterprise data models and analytics for investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy for Private Credit and Global Real Estate platforms.
• Develop subordinate leaders and teams delivering investment tech solutions.
• Own core private credit platforms and support workflow across lifecycle.
• Drive architecture and integration of real estate platforms (Yardi, MRI).
• Define and execute a modern data strategy using Snowflake.
• Enable analytics, reporting, and AI use cases with scalable data pipelines.
• Translate business strategy into scalable tech and data roadmaps.
• Deliver cloud, data, and AI initiatives to improve insights and efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory and data governance across private credit and real estate.
• Lead vendor strategy across third-party platforms.
