Job summary

Invesco seeks a Director of Private Markets Technology to lead technology for Private Credit and Global Real Estate. You will guide architecture, data strategy, and product delivery across private markets, partnering with investment and operations leaders. Expertise in Allvue Everest, Snowflake, and PropTech systems is essential for success.

You will manage managers and engineers, drive cloud modernization, and ensure risk and regulatory compliance in a global, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in financial services or private markets tech.
• Deep expertise with private credit platforms such as Allvue Everest.
• Strong knowledge of global real estate tech platforms and PropTech ecosystems.
• Proven track record designing cloud-based data platforms for large data environments.
• Ability to govern data models, pipelines, and analytics supporting decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy for Private Credit and Global Real Estate.
• Manage subordinate leaders and engineers delivering investment tech solutions.
• Own core credit platforms supporting portfolio management and workflows.
• Drive architecture and integration of real estate tech platforms.
• Define a modern data strategy using Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Enable analytics and AI use cases with scalable data pipelines.
• Ensure regulatory and risk governance across private markets operations.
• Oversee vendor strategy and performance across third-party platforms.
