Job summary

Invesco in New York City is seeking a Director, Solutions & Custom Strategies Technology to lead wealth platform technology for model portfolios and SMAs.

You will oversee delivery and architecture, partnering with investment, distribution, and product teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions powered by Snowflake and AI.

This role requires senior leadership across a global organization, with a focus on governance, compliance, and integrating with custodians and trading systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in wealth/asset management technology.
• Deep expertise in model portfolios, SMA platforms, and advisor workflows.
• Experience implementing Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Proven ability to lead senior engineers in a global org.
• Strong cloud engineering and data architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy for model portfolios, SMAs, and custom solutions.
• Manage subordinate leaders and teams delivering advisor-facing platforms.
• Enable delivery of custom model portfolios and SMA solutions.
• Drive architecture of portfolio construction, model management, and distribution platforms.
• Build and scale data platforms using Snowflake across wealth workflows.
• Enable AI-driven personalization and portfolio insights.
• Translate business strategy into scalable tech roadmaps for growth.
• Coordinate with product, distribution, and advisory teams.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive integration with custodians, trading systems, and PMS.
