Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Masters/Advanced Degree preferred
• 8-12 years Fund Operations experience
• Experience with alternative funds – Hedge Funds and Private Equity
• Vendor contract negotiation experience
• Management and creation of vendor service level agreements

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead private and hedge fund operations, including commingled vehicles and direct investments.
• Strengthen relationships with fund vendors and custodians, ensuring high client service and SLA adherence.
• Manage capital activity for private fund vehicles—calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions.
• Document end-to-end workflows for fund operations to scale and support growth.
• Develop and mentor fund operations staff, including three colleagues in Baltimore.
• Participate in the Firm’s Valuation Committee and SEC compliance processes.
