Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of pricing to guide pricing strategy for AI-driven document tasks. You will own pricing analytics, elasticity modeling, and go-to-market economics, shaping how professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks are valued and monetized.

Lead the design of pricing experiments, governance for discounts, and packaging strategies across workflows, while communicating insights clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis with direct ownership of price elasticity models and packaging and tiering recommendations.
• Advanced fluency in willingness-to-pay analysis, discount governance, and building revenue waterfall models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine price elasticity models and willingness-to-pay analyses.
• Create packaging and tiering recommendation decks for leadership review.
• Oversee discount governance and guardrail spreadsheets for deals and discounts.
• Produce competitive price benchmarking summaries for exec stakeholders.
• Build revenue waterfall models and analyze margin impact across scenarios.
• Present pricing experiment readouts to senior leadership.

We're looking for heads of pricing with 5+ years in pricing strategy, revenue economics, or monetization analysis to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows:

• price elasticity models and willingness-to-pay analyses
• packaging and tiering recommendation decks
• discount governance and deal desk guardrail spreadsheets
• competitive price benchmarking summaries
• revenue waterfall models and margin impact analyses
• pricing experiment readouts for executive stakeholders
