Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Premium Manager to lead the team and logistics of our premium operations at a RoughRiders Stadium. You will supervise day-to-day planning and event day execution of all premium areas and 3rd party partners, ensuring flawless delivery from setup to break-down.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in food & beverage operations, preferably in large venues. You will manage client communications, oversee budget and scheduling, and mentor managers and staff

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality, Management or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage Operations and/or premium environments.
• Experience in high-volume stadiums or large events preferred.
• Must live near or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day duties to ensure flawless event execution.
• Communicate between Proof of the Pudding and the client; serve as main point of contact.
• Forecast budgets, schedule expenditures, and analyze variances; manage finances.
