Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Extensive experience in preconstruction, estimating, planning or management.
• Proven leadership of preconstruction teams on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of costs, budgeting, scheduling, procurement.
• Experience with value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Excellent financial analysis, negotiation and risk management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in estimating software and project tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
