The role requires proven automotive management experience, strong leadership, and excellence in communication and negotiation. You will report to the dealership leadership and collaborate across departments to maximize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have previous automotive management experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment and lead a diverse sales team.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and direct a team of Automotive Sales Representatives
• Maintain a 60-day hard turn and determine best vehicles to stock
• Exhibit professional management style and accountability
• Accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments and follow-up
• Support other store units to maximize dealership opportunities
• Assist salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals
• Direct and schedule activities of all department employees and staffing
• Manage Pre-Owned inventory per industry standards and appraisals
