Job summary

Datatonic is seeking a Head of Platforms for the Americas to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Google Cloud platforms for our clients. You will own platform strategy, architecture, and the full stack from cloud landing zones to MLOps and data platforms.

You will create reusable templates, drive best practices, and enable client teams to deliver faster, cheaper, and more securely. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, FinOps integration, and a strong focus on impacting business

Qualifications

Proven leadership of platform teams delivering enterprise-scale Google Cloud platforms.
Hands-on expertise in designing secure, scalable data and AI platforms.
Experience building reusable templates, blueprints and gold paths to accelerate delivery.
Strong FinOps practices and demonstrable value measurement across platforms.

Responsibilities

Own reference architectures for Google Cloud landing zones and data platforms.
Build and evolve a library of reusable templates and accelerators for rapid onboarding of new use cases.
Define standards and guardrails for platform use cases and lead client enablement.
Scale data products and AI agents with automated deployment, observability and governance.
Lead end-to-end ownership of platforms in AMER, including client conversations and scope delivery.
