Job summary

Millman Search is seeking a Chief Data & Platform Officer to lead the company’s data strategy, platforms, and AI initiatives. Fully remote role reporting to the executive team, with a focus on building a scalable data ecosystem and integrated tech stack.

The ideal candidate will drive enterprise data governance, analytics maturation, and AI-enabled solutions across marketing and client services, while advancing security and technology risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with a track record building enterprise data and platform ecosystems.
• Expertise in data architecture, APIs, and systems integrations.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and privacy/governance.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy, roadmap, and governance for the technology stack.
• Build centralized enterprise data and lead system integrations across CRM, portals and reporting.
• Develop AI strategy and client-facing AI solutions to drive efficiency and growth.
• Lead Technology Operations and partner with executives to align tech with goals.
