Job summary

Biorce is seeking a Head of Infrastructure in Austin to evolve our engineering platform from operations to a self‑service, automated platform. You will own a multi‑tenant Kubernetes stack for AI workloads and drive security, observability, and scalable delivery across cloud providers.

Lead the Support, Observability, and Platform teams, partner with engineering, security, and business stakeholders, and ship infrastructure as a product in a regulated, healthtech environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Kubernetes in production, multi-tenant clusters and isolation boundaries.
• Proven experience leading infra/SRE teams from operations to platform as a product.
• Strong security instincts for multi-tenant environments and policy enforcement.
• Experience with GCP and AWS and data infra supporting AI workloads.
• Platform engineering mindset with internal developer platforms and self-service tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Support, Observability, and Platform teams into a high‑leverage platform organization.
• Transform operations-centric infra into a self-service, automated platform service model.
• Own a multi-tenant Kubernetes architecture for LLM inference on GPU/TPU across cloud regions.
• Embed security as a core platform capability: tenant isolation, workload identity, secrets, policy-as-code.
• Raise observability and reliability with SLOs, incident response, and capacity governance.
