Flatiron Health is seeking a Senior Director of Engineering, Technical Platform to lead the global Developer Platform and AI infrastructure for ~300 engineers across four pillars. This role sits on the engineering leadership team and reports to the CTO, guiding high-availability infrastructure and enterprise-scale AI tooling.

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
Proven track record leading platform teams.
Experience with AI developer tools is a plus.
Healthcare data/compliance experience is preferred.
