The role emphasizes leadership, technical strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling teams for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Hybrid work with international travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualificações

• PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Mathematics, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical leadership in physics-based modeling, computer vision, or ML.
• 4+ years of engineering management leading teams of 5+ engineers.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and deployments in customer fabs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production-ready algorithm solutions with regular software releases.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Drive roadmap for physics-based modeling and AI-enabled software development.
