ASML US, LP. (US30) seeks a Director to create and lead a new Physics Algorithms Engineering team within its e-beam inspection business.

You will oversee development of physics-based modeling, SEM image formation, and voltage-contrast methods to enable AI-driven inspection and faster defect detection. Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring engineers, defining technical strategy, and delivering production-ready solutions through regular software releases.

Competenze

• PhD in a related field with leadership experience.
• 10+ years in technical leadership in physics-based modeling or ML.
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams in semiconductor or related domains.
