Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Director of Physical Security to own the end-to-end security of our Bay Area warehouses and related sites. You will identify physical risks, write policies, implement controls, and prove results while maintaining business speed.

This onsite role includes travel to SF HQ and occasional East Coast/intl trips. You will lead design and deployment of access control, surveillance, and emergency response, build and test guard and vendor programs, and drive shrink reduction across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate or enterprise physical security, with leadership at the director level or above.
• Hands-on internal investigations experience with HR/Legal collaboration.
• Experience building security into employee and contractor lifecycles (screening, access provisioning, offboarding).

Responsibilities

• Own physical risk end-to-end across EH&S, guard operations, and loss prevention.
• Secure warehouses against evolving threats with threat assessments and design changes.
• Reduce external and internal shrink through deterrence, detection, and process controls.
• Lead security across employee and contractor lifecycle and mentor a team.
• Design, deploy, and test access control, surveillance, and emergency response across sites.
