Job summary

Triumph is seeking a Director of Physical Security to own and advance our security program for warehouses and related sites. You will identify and mitigate physical risks, design robust controls, and lead investigations across loss prevention, guard services, and corporate security.

The role requires hands-on design and implementation, not mere coordination, with onsite work in the East Bay and travel to SF HQ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate or enterprise physical security.
• 5+ years leading at the director level or above.
• Onsite Bay Area commuting to East Bay warehouse with travel to SF HQ (up to 20%).
• Occasional East Coast and international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own the physical risk picture end to end across EH&S, guard force, protection, and related areas.
• Secure warehouses from evolving threats and validate designs and installations.
• Reduce external and internal shrink through deterrence, detection, and recovery strategies.
• Own security across the employee and contractor lifecycle including pre-hire to offboarding.
• Design, deploy, and improve access control, surveillance, and perimeter protection.
