WSP Global Inc. seeks a Global Director, Physical Security to lead the development and translation of global security policy, frameworks, standards, and technology roadmaps into scalable execution across offices, laboratories, and warehouses.

This senior role partners with regional Workplace teams to strengthen governance and risk visibility while balancing regional/site requirements. Reporting to the Head of Global Facilities and Physical Security, the role drives program implementation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 12+ years of progressive corporate physical security experience across countries/regions.
• Experience implementing enterprise physical security programs, policies, standards, risk assessments, and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide global oversight of day-to-day physical security operations across offices, laboratories, and warehouses.
• Define service expectations, performance measures, and escalation paths for regional teams and security providers.
• Lead the rollout and ongoing management of the global physical security risk assessment program.
• Lead execution of the global physical security technology roadmap for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related platforms.
• Embed physical security requirements into new builds, relocations, and major restacks.
