Job summary

Helix is seeking a Head of Pharmacogenomics to define and drive the PGx business strategy across health systems and health plans. You will shape the product roadmap, engage with executives, and translate clinical needs into scalable commercial plans leveraging CDS and pharmacist workflows.

You will develop ROI models, communicate the value of PGx, and stay ahead of guidelines and reimbursement trends while partnering with commercial and clinical teams to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pharmacogenomics, precision medicine, or related product/commercial roles.
• Experience leading enterprise conversations with health system or health plan executives.
• Strong understanding of EHR integration, CDS, and provider workflows.
• Ability to translate customer/clinical needs into product priorities and commercial strategies.
• Clear, credible communicator across clinical, commercial, product, and technical teams.
• AI tools are a natural part of how you work to synthesize literature and model ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for Helix’s PGx business across health systems and health plans.
• Develop ROI models showing economic value of PGx across fee-for-service and risk-bearing orgs.
• Represent Helix with health system/health plan executives and clinical leaders.
• Shape product roadmap including CDS, patient identification, DP and pharmacist workflows.
• Partner with Marketing/BizDev to align go-to-market with customer needs and product priorities.
• Track clinical guidelines and reimbursement trends to identify new opportunities.
