Zusammenfassung

EōS Fitness is opening a new gym and seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead the PT team, drive client satisfaction, and maximize profitability at high-volume locations. Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you will coach trainers, support their development, and foster a positive environment to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will own the trainer lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding and ongoing performance management, while collaborating with leadership to meet monthly PT targets

Qualifikationen

Proven ability to coach and develop personal trainers.
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Ability to drive performance against PT targets and KPIs.

Aufgaben

Own day-to-day management of the personal training staff.
Partner with Fitness Manager on PT business decisions.
Lead team to meet or exceed PT targets monthly.
Deliver high-value PT orientation sessions to acquire new clients.
Identify opportunities to grow the personal training business.
Oversee PT experience to boost revenue and retention.
Manage trainer lifecycle from sourcing to development.
Coach and develop trainers through regular meetings.
Reduce trainer turnover through ongoing support.
