Job summary

EōS Fitness is opening a NEW gym and seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a growing PT team. You will partner with the Fitness Manager to drive revenue, improve client experiences, and develop trainers in a high-volume environment.

The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and creating a positive gym culture that boosts client outcomes and retention. This is a full-time leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as an EōS personal trainer or 1 year of verifiable managerial experience.
• L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer.
• Strong coaching and development mindset.
• Ability to meet performance goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communication with high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the personal training staff.
• Partner with Fitness Manager on PT business operations.
• Drive PT targets and new client acquisition.
• Lead trainer onboarding, coaching, and development.
• Reduce trainer turnover through ongoing coaching and support.
