EōS Fitness is opening a NEW gym and seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead the personal training team, coach trainers, and ensure exceptional member experiences and retention.

You will report to the Fitness Manager and work with the Sr. Director of PT Experience to drive service quality, performance, and profitability in high-volume locations. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, development, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• At least one year as an EōS personal trainer or one year of verifiable managerial experience.
• L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer.
• Enthusiastic about developing teams through education and coaching.
• Comfortable being held accountable for achieving goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence.
• Organized, detail-oriented initiative-taker able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Owner/operator of day-to-day management of the personal training staff.
• Key business partner to the Fitness Manager on PT business operations.
• Drive the team to meet (or exceed) all established PT targets each month.
• Lead the team to deliver high value PT orientation sessions that maximize new client acquisition.
• Proactively identify and operationalize opportunities to grow the PT business.
• Oversee and improve the PT experience to drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Own the end-to-end management of the trainer lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead ongoing trainer coaching and development through regular meetings.
• Minimize trainer turnover through coaching, development, and support.
