Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Head of Risk for Personal Loans to set and execute the strategy for credit policies across the Personal Loans line of business. You will balance risk and return while ensuring a strong customer experience and adherence to Citi’s risk framework.

The role leads a large risk organization across multiple locations, partnering with modeling and operations to deploy robust risk principles, deliver policy changes, and foster performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of risk management or financial services experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in Loans and Cards P&L and advanced analytics including ML techniques.
• Experience communicating credit policy changes to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-term vision and agenda for credit strategies for Personal Loans.
• Manage risk levels consistent with Citi's risk appetite and financial goals.
• Lead a best-in-class Risk team driving sustainable growth for the business.
• Partner with modeling teams on new tools, machine learning and alternate data.
