Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting certification and/or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, especially consumer banking within a large organization.
• Experience with accounting, treasury, tax and legal implications of product financials.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight including budgeting, reporting and planning for the Personal Loan portfolio.
• Partner with Product leadership to meet strategic and financial targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Risk and Finance on strategy.
• Develop analytical frameworks and business cases for investments and pricing changes.
• Own forecast development and marketing investment decisioning processes.
• Drive expense discipline and evaluate critical opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report to senior management.
• Represent Finance at business forums and prepare decks for leadership.
• Assist in driving key strategic initiatives with business partners.
