Mercury seeks a Head of Product to own Personal Banking end-to-end—defining strategy, leading a PM team, driving growth, and owning business performance. You will shape money management, banking, savings, investments, and money movement, while ensuring reliability and regulatory alignment.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary group, push AI-enabled enhancements, and align product, engineering, design, data, risk, and partners behind a unified strategy.

Qualificações

• A consumer product leader with taste and a track record of products used by millions.
• Shipped AI-led products with solid judgments on AI opportunities and limitations.
• High craft bar with customer-centered, data-driven, experimentation approach.
• 10+ years building consumer products with growth and economics ownership.
• 5+ years leading product managers: hiring, coaching, org design, performance.
• Experience launching and scaling 0-1 products and managing a product with real customers.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy end-to-end for personal banking and related propositions.
• Lead a PM team, set cadence, build high-performing organization.
• Drive growth, activation, retention, and business metrics across the product.
• Ensure reliability, uptime, latency, and strong support outcomes.
• Align product with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing.
• Advise on AI integrations that meaningfully improve the user experience.
• Balance delightful UX with regulatory controls in a banking context.
• Own acquisition and connection of personal banking to Mercury's other businesses.
