Mercury is building personal banking to a standard where the experience stands out. We seek a Head of Product to own it end-to-end, set strategy, lead PMs, drive growth and own business performance.

Mercury is a fintech company with banking services via partners; you will balance delightful experiences with the controls a banking product requires, and lead a cross-functional team across engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building consumer products.
• 5+ years leading product managers and teams.
• Experience launching and scaling 0-1 products and growth loops.
• Ability to balance delightful UX with regulatory controls.
• Nice to have banking, payments or fintech experience.

Responsabilités

• Own product strategy, metrics and propositions for personal banking.
• Lead a high-performing PM team; recruit, coach and develop leaders.
• Drive growth, activation, retention and monetization loops.
• Set craft bar for copy, latency, UI states; ensure product feels inevitable.
• Lead AI integration to improve the user experience meaningfully.
• Align product with engineering, design, data, risk, compliance, legal, marketing and partners.
