Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO in agency or multi-client environments.
• Deep proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team and owning client-facing outcomes.
• Ability to turn around underperforming accounts and communicate results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PPC and SEO strategists; set quality bars and development plans.
• Define and enforce audits, reporting standards, and client communications.
• Own cross-channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Lead client calls when accounts are at risk and drive outcomes.
