You will be the client-facing owner, responsible for department performance, audits, reporting accuracy, and overall client outcomes. Strong agency experience and cross-channel leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts at once.
• Experience owning cross-channel strategy and client-facing ownership.
• Comfortable leading and reviewing the work of strategists.
• Ability to recruit and interview for the department.

Responsabilidades

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Oversee PPC and SEO strategists and ensure quality of work.
• Define auditing standards, reporting quality, and attribution practices.
• Lead client calls and decisions when accounts are at risk.
• Plan hiring for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
