Job summary

Gatesman in Chicago (with Pittsburgh option) seeks a Manager of Performance Analytics & Innovation to lead analytics, measurement strategy, and AI-driven capabilities across client engagements. You will blend analytics with emerging technologies, translate data into actionable insights, and mentor analysts while expanding AI-driven methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, performance marketing, data strategy or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement, including experience developing measurement strategies and working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience analyzing marketing data and translating findings into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Experience working with structured datasets and SQL or similar methods for querying and analyzing data.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to independently learn new technologies or methodologies and move work forward.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI or automation tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead cross-channel measurement strategies tied to client outcomes and KPIs.
• Serve as analytics consultant for clients and agency teams on implementation and cross-platform measurement.
• Diagnose data quality and tracking challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and business implications for clients and teams.
• Develop and share repeatable AI-enabled reporting and analytics frameworks.
