Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Data Program Manager in the Charleston area to drive enterprise data programs end-to-end. You will own roadmaps, budgets, and timelines, collaborating with engineering, analytics, AI, and business teams to deliver measurable value on time within scope.

The role emphasizes governance, executive communication, and a data-centric approach supporting AI initiatives on the Microsoft platform stack. A hybrid work environment is available.

Qualifications

• Obtain or hold relevant professional certifications. Required: PMP, PMI-ACP; AZ-900 recommended.
• Possess background in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, CS, IS, or related area of study; equivalent experience considered.
• Demonstrate ability translating business needs into program requirements and executive status updates.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap for enterprise data programs, aligning with priorities and data strategy.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data initiatives, manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Plan and track program budgets, forecasts, and expenditures with transparent reporting to leadership.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program success and value for executives.
• Oversee testing strategies at the program level, including QA standards and UAT.
