Job summary

Indwe Broker Holdings is seeking a senior HR leader to steer the people strategy in support of business growth and sustainability. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to build leadership capability, align workforce plans with strategic priorities, and foster a compliant, high-performance culture.

The role focuses on talent management, succession planning and organisational change across a regulated environment, with emphasis on delivering measurable people outcomes.

Qualifications

• Post graduate qualification in HRM, behavioural science or business management.
• Qualifications in labour relations, organisational development or leadership.
• 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources or People Management roles.
• Senior HR leadership exposure with executive partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Indwe's people strategy to enable business growth, organisational performance and long-term sustainability.
• Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to build leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
• Develop talent, succession planning and leadership development across the organisation.
• Ensure compliant and future-focused people practices and governance.
