• Define and govern the People Services operating model and governance frameworks.
• Oversee workforce administration, employee lifecycle support, and service delivery to employees and managers.
• Lead vendor strategy, outsourcing, and performance management for People Services.
• Develop dashboards and insights with Workforce Intelligence to drive metrics-based decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives with HRIS, IT, and COEs.
